RESUMO O artigo, de caráter ensaístico-bibliográfico, busca refletir sobre os usos e sentidos do termo Educação Estética, abordando, primeiramente, o conceito de estética a partir dos ensaios O problema do conteúdo, do material e da forma na criação literária, de Mikhail Bakhtin e Mal-estar na estética, de Jacques Rancière, para, então, mobilizar, desde uma perspectiva latino-americana, suas relações com o campo da educação. O texto se constitui enquanto exercício teórico-metodológico para se pensar os rumos do que se concebe hoje por Educação Estética sob ângulos e prismas ainda pouco investigados na literatura vigente sobre o tema.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT The article, of essayistic-bibliographic character, seeks to reflect on the uses, powers and meanings of the term Aesthetic Education in scientific research, starting, firstly, from approaches on the concept of aesthetics from the texts The Problem of Content, Material and Form in Literary Creation, by Mikhail Bakhtin and Malaise dans l’ésthetique, by Jacques Rancière, to then mobilize, from a Latin American perspective, its relations with the field of education in dialogue with Latin American authors. The text is constituted as a theoretical-methodological exercise to think the Aesthetic Education from angles and prisms still little investigated in the current literature on the subject.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Nesta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e descritiva, objetiva-se investigar os possíveis efeitos de sentidos vinculados à imagem de Exu-Feminina a partir do dispositivo teórico da Análise do Discurso Materialista. As mitologias em torno desta entidade estão vinculadas a seu poder sobre as encruzilhadas e seu potencial em abrir caminhos e formas de compreender a vida para seus fiéis. Ademais, a imagem da entidade atualiza significações do erotismo. Considerando a hegemonia das ideologias cristãs, a imagem de Exu-Feminina remete a interpretações divergentes daquelas que vinculam o erótico ao pecado. Por isso, ao contrário da ideologia cristã, como a imagem de diabo e/ou satanás, além de aspectos eróticos negativos/pejorativos vinculados à entidade por sujeitos não candomblecistas e umbandistas, a proposta da pesquisa é também investigar possíveis sentidos eróticos na música Maria Padilha de Bixarte.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT In this research, adopting a qualitative and descriptive approach, the aim is to investigate the possible meaning’s effect associated with the image of Female-Exu using the theoretical framework of Materialist Discourse Analysis. The mythologies surrounding this entity are linked to her power at crossroads and her potential to open paths, providing her followers new ways of understanding life. Additionally, the image of this entity updates meanings related to eroticism. Considering the hegemony of Christian ideologies, the representation of the Female-Exu leads to interpretations other than those which associate the erotic with sin. Therefore, unlike the Christian ideology, such as the image of the devil and/or satan, in addition to negative/pejorative erotic aspects associated with the entity by non-Candomblé and Umbanda practitioners, the research proposal is also to investigate possible erotic meanings in the lyrics “Maria Padilha” by Bixarte.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO O presente artigo tem por objetivo investigar o elemento imperial na poesia de Joseph Brodsky em diálogo com os estudos pós-coloniais. Sua conotação ambígua, permeada tanto por suas vivências enquanto poeta exilado, quanto por seus referenciais culturais, ecoa àquela apresentada nas obras de seus precursores poéticos. Portanto, traça-se um breve histórico da relação entre poesia e narrativa imperial no âmbito cultural russo, iniciada com a gênese do Império Russo no século XVIII. Em seguida, explora-se as nuances do conceito de império na obra brodskiana por meio da análise dos poemas Post aetatem nostram (1970), Torso (1972) e Sobre a Independência da Ucrânia (1991). Entende-se que tanto o conteúdo chauvinista deste último poema, quanto o aspecto positivo e nostálgico do império para Brodsky revelam a longevidade e a força da narrativa imperialista russa presente na literatura nacional do país.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article aims to investigate the imperial element in the poetry of Joseph Brodsky through the lenses of post-colonial studies. Its ambiguity, informed by Brodsky’s experience as a poet in exile, as well as his personal cultural frame, echoes that of his poetic precursors. Thus, we briefly trace the history of the connection between Russian poetry and the imperial narrative, which began with the inception of the Russian Empire itself in the 18th century. Then, we explore the nuance of the concept of empire in Brodsky’s works through the analysis of the poems Post aetatem nostram (1970), Torso (1972) and On the Independence of Ukraine (1991). As we understand it, both the chauvinistic content of the latter poem and the positive and nostalgic aspect of empire to Brodsky reveal the longevity and the strength of the Russian imperial narrative in the country’s national literature.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Mikhail Bakhtin, filósofo Russo, nos forneceu uma variedade de conceitos para apreciar e analisar um romance. Este estudo é uma tentativa de explorar os níveis mais profundos do romance O caçador de pipas, de Khaled Hosseini, usando a ferramenta intelectual bakhtiniana da polifonia. Afirmamos que o romance é polifônico, pois está repleto de vozes de inúmeros personagens, e seu enquadramento narrativo acentua ainda mais essa diversidade de perspectivas. O romance desafia a sabedoria convencional que afirma que o autor ou narrador sempre tem a última palavra. Embora a voz do narrador vacile e tropece em muitas cenas confusas, as vozes de alguns personagens emergem e permanecem firmes em alguns casos. Este artigo oferecerá uma exposição e análise metódica do livro O caçador de pipas sob a perspectiva do Bakhtinismo, a fim de reconhecer o estilo antiautoral que celebra o pluralismo (polifonia).Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT The Russian philosopher Mikhail Bakhtin had given a variety of concepts to appreciate and analyze a novel. In this study, there is an attempt to apply the Bakhtinian intellectual tool of polyphony to unearth the deeper layers of Khaled Hosseini’s novel The Kite Runner. We argue that the novel is polyphonic through and through since it reverberates with multiple voices of various characters, and the novel’s narrative structure also supports this multiplicity of viewpoints. The novel defies the traditional path of having the final word from the author or the narrator. In many situations, the narrator’s voice struggles and fumbles with confusion, but the voices of some of the characters come up clearly and remain firm on certain aspects. This paper will provide a systematic exposition and an analysis of the novel The Kite Runner from the Bakhtinian lens to appreciate the anti-authorial mode where pluralism (polyphony) is celebrated.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este trabalho visa refletir sobre possíveis sentidos para a fé evangélica a partir de enunciados produzidos por três pastores evangélicos em suas redes sociais ao enunciarem sobre temas que se vinculam, direta ou indiretamente, a pautas políticas. Fundamentados no escopo teórico dos estudos em Linguística Aplicada e em concepções bakhtinianas de linguagem, nossas análises apontam três sentidos predominantes, os quais significam a fé evangélica como: i) reafirmação da identidade; ii) exercício da alteridade e respeito ao outro; e iii) prática política. Tais sentidos demonstram que há contradições no interior da discursividade religiosa, o que permite o batimento entre discursos de ódio e de respeito e empatia no âmbito da fé evangélica. Assim, buscar as fissuras no discurso religioso que se contraponham a discursos fundamentalistas e autoritários é um dever ético de um líder religioso que reconheça o seu papel social e discursivo como influente nas tomadas de posição e, por conseguinte, na vida dos membros de sua congregação.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This work aims to reflect on possible meanings for the evangelical faith based on utterances produced by three evangelical ministers in their social networks when they enunciate on themes that are linked, directly or indirectly, to political agendas. Based on the theoretical scope of studies in Applied Linguistics and on Bakhtinian conceptions of language, our analyzes point to three predominant meanings, which mean the evangelical faith as: i) reaffirmation of identity; ii) exercise of otherness and respect to the other; and iii) political practice. Such meanings demonstrate that there are contradictions within the religious discursivity, which allows the beating between hate speeches and respect and empathy ones within the realm of the evangelical faith. Thus, looking for cracks in religious discourse that oppose fundamentalist and authoritarian discourses is an ethical duty of a religious leader who recognizes his social and discursive role as influential in taking positions and, therefore, in the lives of the members of their congregation.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar, sob a perspectiva bakhtiniana, a construção grotesca do corpo fridiano por meio de uma cosmovisão religiosa. Para tanto, são analisados dois autorretratos produzidos pela pintora mexicana Frida Kahlo, levando em consideração as relações dialógicas construídas entre as representações grotescas e as simbologias católicas. Nos enunciados analisados, nos quais são depreendidas as especificidades da competência criativa da autora-criadora em sua atividade estética, percebe-se o correlacionamento entre a pintura El venado herido e a narrativa do santo católico São Sebastião e o diálogo entre a tela Las dos fridas e a imagem do Sagrado Coração de Jesus.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze, from a Bakhtinian perspective, the grotesque construction of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo’s body through a religious worldview. Therefore, we analyze two of her self-portraits, taking into account the dialogic relations constructed between the grotesque representations and Catholic symbology. The analyzed utterances, in which the specificities of the creative competence of the author-creator in her aesthetic activity are inferred, showed that a dialogue is established between the painting El venado herido and Catholic Saint Sebastian and between the painting Las dos fridas and the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este artigo analisa uma polêmica do Humanismo italiano envolvendo Dante Alighieri (1265-1321). Naquele período, intelectuais como Cristóforo Landino (1424-1498) e Marsílio Ficino (1433-1499) interpretavam a escrita de Dante pelo prisma platônico do Fedro, isto é, como alguém a quem foram concedidos a graça de contemplar o divino e o poder de retratá-lo. Décadas antes, no entanto, Coluccio Salutati (1331-1406) e Leonardo Bruni (1370-1444) já haviam atribuído a Dante o mérito de ter se debruçado sobre os estudos formais e, com isso, ter sido capaz de desenvolver artifícios expressivos à sua poesia por conta própria. Para a análise das diferentes leituras, serão observados trechos em que Dante dá indícios de seu percurso e amadurecimento intelectual, assim como aqueles em que é possível observar a atuação do poeta na difusão do conhecimento formal em consonância com seus valores éticos.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article analyzes a polemic of Italian Humanism around Dante Alighieri (1265-1321). In that period, intellectuals such as Cristoforo Landino (1424-1498) and Marsilio Ficino (1433-1499) interpreted Dante’s writing through the platonic prism of the Phaedrus, that is, as someone who was granted the grace to contemplate the divine and the power to describe it. Decades earlier, however, Coluccio Salutati (1331-1406) and Leonardo Bruni (1370-1444) had already attributed to Dante the merit of focusing on formal studies and, with that, being able to develop expressive artifices to his poetry on its own. For the analysis of the different readings, excerpts in which Dante gives evidence of his path and intellectual maturity will be observed, as well as those in which it is possible to observe the poet’s role in the dissemination of formal knowledge in line with his ethical values.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar o processo de intercompreensão sob a ótica da Neurolinguística Discursiva. Como metodologia, foi realizado um estudo de caso de uma criança com perfil linguístico de restrição verbal, que diz respeito à dimensão dos enunciados que envolve as palavras e a sua morfologia. A interpretação dos dados ocorreu com base na perspectiva bakhtiniana, que aborda a “compreensão” como um processo ativo responsivo e a significação como emergente na relação entre enunciados. Os resultados evidenciaram que o conhecimento compartilhado entre as interlocutoras permitiu a construção conjunta da significação mesmo diante da restrição verbal, e aspectos como os elementos não verbais e o reconhecimento do papel ativo-responsivo da criança também favoreceram a intercompreensão. Conclui-se que a atenção aos diferentes recursos multimodais como modos de expressão legítimos possibilita às crianças com restrição verbal ocupar a posição de “falantes”, independentemente de seus modos de expressão.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze the process of mutual understanding from the perspective of Discursive Neurolinguistics. As a methodology, a case study was carried out on a child with a linguistic profile of verbal restriction, which concerns the dimension of utterances involving words and their morphology. Data interpretation was based on the Bakhtinian perspective, which addresses ‘understanding’ as an active-responsive process and meaning as emerging from the relationship between utterances. The results showed that the interlocutors’ common ground allowed the joint construction of meaning even in the face of verbal restrictions, and aspects such as nonverbal elements and the recognition of the child’s active-responsive role also favored mutual understanding. As a conclusion, the attention to different multimodal resources as legitimate modes of expression allows children with verbal restrictions to fulfill the role of “speakers” regardless of their modes of expression.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO O presente artigo propõe discutir a práxis estética e poética na performance arte Corda de Nó(s), com base nas narrativas teatral e visual direcionadas para a emancipação intelectual e para a ampliação do sensível a partir da experiência docente de uma unidade escolar pública municipal, da cidade de Palmas (TO). Esse estudo debruça-se em metodologia qualitativa de narrativa oral e exploratória e nos cadernos de campo dos pesquisadores, elaborados durante as atividades a que se refere este texto, em articulação com estudos bibliográficos, nos conceitos de preparo, desenvolvimento e conclusão do plano de aula da disciplina Artes, baseado no ensino universal, tal como proposto por Jacques Rancière.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article proposes to discuss the aesthetic and poetic praxis in the performance art Corda de Nó(s),1 based on theatrical and visual narratives directed towards intellectual emancipation and the expansion of the sensibility from the teaching experience within a municipal public school unit, in the city of Palmas (TO). This study focuses on a qualitative methodology of oral and exploratory narrative as well as the researchers’ field notebooks, prepared during the activities referred to in this text, in conjunction with bibliographic studies, on the concepts of preparation, development and conclusion of the lesson plan of Arts discipline, based on universal education, as proposed by Jacques Rancière.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este artigo analisa a atuação das forças centrípetas e centrífugas em enunciados da esfera religiosa que evidenciam cosmovisões do segmento cristão evangélico acerca da deficiência. Para tanto, selecionamos um vídeo disponível na plataforma YouTube contendo enunciados dos apresentadores Tito Rocha e Leandro Quadros relativos à temática da deficiência, bem como a resposta de uma internauta acerca do posicionamento desses sujeitos. A reflexão teórico-metodológica fundamenta-se na orientação dialógica da linguagem, sobretudo nas considerações acerca das relações dialógicas, vozes e forças centrípetas e centrífugas. Também recorremos a estudos sobre cosmovisão, inclusão da pessoa com deficiência, discurso religioso e teologia cristã. Os resultados indicam que os discursos dos apresentadores refletem e refratam uma cosmovisão cristã que unifica o entendimento da deficiência como resultado da condenação divina ocasionada pelo pecado. O comentário da internauta, por sua vez, apresenta movimentos de centralização e dispersão dessa perspectiva cristã.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article analyzes the action of centripetal and centrifugal forces in utterances from the religious sphere, which reveal worldviews of the evangelical Christian segment regarding disability. For that, we selected a video available on YouTube, containing utterances by the hosts Tito Rocha and Leandro Quadros regarding disabilities, as well as the response of an internet user about the positioning of these individuals. The theoretical and methodological reflection is based on the dialogical orientation of language, considering dialogic relations, voices, and centripetal and centrifugal forces. Additionally, we drew upon studies on worldviews, the inclusion of people with disabilities, religious discourse, and Christian theology. The results reveal that the discourses of the hosts reflect and refract a Christian worldview that unifies the understanding of disability due to divine punishment caused by sin. While the internet user’s comment presents movements of centralization and dispersion of this Christian perspective.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO O discurso religioso é múltiplo, desafiador e convidativo, especialmente quando poesia e imaginação teológica se encontram, expandindo suas fronteiras. Carlos Nejar, poeta e membro da Academia Brasileira de Letras, em seu romance Riopampa: o moinho das tribulações, fornece-nos ampla variedade de imagens, símbolos e experiências que podem ser atribuídas, dentre outras características, ao seu envolvimento com o Sagrado a partir da pentecostalidade, uma vez que Nejar é pastor pentecostal. No presente artigo, vamos refletir sobre o redemoinho Sagrado, dentre outras metáforas utilizadas por Nejar, para tentar responder à pergunta: por que a imaginação nejariana no romance Riopampa: o moinho das tribulações, dentro do espectro do discurso religioso, pode ser considerada pentecostal? Para esse fim, utilizaremos o aporte teórico da Análise do Discurso, sob os auspícios de Bakhtin e seu dialogismo, além de uma concisa pesquisa documental tendo o referido romance nejariano como base.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT Religious discourse is multiple, challenging and inviting, especially when poetry and theological imagination find themselves expanding their boundaries. Carlos Nejar, poet member of the Brazilian Academy of Letters, in his novel Riopampa: o moinho das tribulações provides us with a wide variety of images, symbols and experiences that can be attributed, among other characteristics, to his involvement with the Sacred from of Pentecostality, since Nejar is a Pentecostal pastor. In this article, we will reflect on the Sacred whirlpool, among other metaphors used by Nejar, to try to answer the question: why can Nejar’s imagination in the novel Riopampa: o moinho das tribulações, within the spectrum of religious discourse, be considered Pentecostal? To this end, we will use the theoretical contribution of Discourse Analysis, under the auspices of Bakhtin and his dialogism, in addition to concise documentary research using the aforementioned Nejarian novel as a basis.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO A relevância do trabalho deve-se ao interesse pela investigação cognitiva e discursiva e pelos aspectos linguístico-sinergéticos implementados no discurso artístico contemporâneo, incluindo o literário, à importância da realização de investigação sobre a categoria de futuralidade, a modalidade e o conceito de temporalidade em obras literárias. O objetivo deste artigo é examinar em pormenor todos os aspectos que influenciam a formação da mentalidade dos países anglófonos e do Cazaquistão: sociais, culturais, psicológicos e linguísticos, através de um estudo da categoria de futuralidade e modalidade no exemplo da prosa pós-modernista. A base metodológica foi teórica e comparativa, com elementos de análise conceitual, de enquadramento, funcional-semântico, estrutural e sinergética. Este artigo aborda as condições comunicativas de implementação, os mecanismos semânticos e cognitivos de formação de uma imagem conceitual do mundo no aspeto da futuralidade e a interação das categorias temporais com outros parâmetros do texto, recorrendo à linguosinergética. Fala-se da perceção pós-moderna da temporalidade e da visão do mundo dos povos inglês e cazaque. Foi efetuada uma análise comparativa das obras em termos de estado de espírito geral, temas, conceitos ideológicos e características estéticas. Foram compreendidos os métodos, os modos e as formas (léxico-gramaticais, estruturais e semânticas) de ativar a compreensão cognitiva e concetual de situações-chave do futuro e de significados modais.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT The relevance of the work is due to the interest in cognitive and discursive research and linguosynergetic aspects implemented in contemporary artistic discourse, including literary, the importance of conducting research on the category of futurality, modality, and the concept of temporality in literary works. The purpose of this article is to examine in detail all aspects that influence the formation of the mentality of English-speaking countries and Kazakhstan: social, cultural, psychological, and linguistic, through a study of the category of futurality and modality in the example of postmodernist prose. The methodological basis was theoretical and comparative, with elements of conceptual, frame, functional-semantic, structural, and synergetic analysis. This article deals with communicative conditions of implementation, semantic and cognitive mechanisms of forming a conceptual picture of the world in the aspect of futurality, and the interaction of temporal categories with other text parameters by using linguosynergetics. It talks about the postmodern perception of temporality and the worldview of English and Kazakh people. A comparative analysis of the works in terms of general mood, themes, ideological concepts, and aesthetic characteristics has been carried out. Methods, ways, and forms (lexico-grammatical, structural, and semantic) of activating cognitive and conceptual understanding of key futural situations and modal meanings have been comprehended.
