To publish original articles, reviews and translations on legal subjects, from a dogmatic, theoretical, historical and/or sociological approach, and texts derived from applied research. In all cases, the texts should critically analyze the object studied and avoid formalist positions that do not worry about the actual functioning of the institutions.
