Abstract
This article intends to promote a change of perspective with regard to LGBTI demands, able to explicit the heteronormative order in which those subjects are involved. These reflections relating sexuality, gender and human rights occur in a philosophical ground that does not take the rationality, the freedom and the autonomy of the subject as an origin and culmination of the theoretical reflection, but conceives the subject as a result of biopolitical relations which construct the reality.
