Abstract
This paper aims to answer the following question: how has the perception of women in criminology been developed from the feminist perspective? In order to achieve this aim, the monographic method was used, as a means to critically approach the feminist criminology and the processes of criminalization and victimization of women. It may be argued the need for a macrosociological perspective in the development of women as an individual of rights with particularities.
