Galactia striata (Jacq.) Urban, uma forrageira tropical, foi estudada durante o período de floração e frutificação, observando-se a condição andromonóica da espécie e seu desempenho em solo adubado e não adubado. A adição de K induziu o aumento de flores femininas estéreis.
Sumary
The influence of fertilized and non fertilized soils on the andromonoecious condition observed in Galactia striata, a tropical forage plant, was studied. The addition of potassiunn to the soil was demonstrated to result in the production of an increased proportion of female sterile flowers.
