Basic information
Revista Katálysis is produced by Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina’s Graduate Program in Social Work and the Undergraduate Course in Social Work, graded A1 by Qualis/Capes. It’s a Scientific Journal published every four months, arbitrated, peer-reviewed, indexed, which has national and international circulation, with special insertion in Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries. It’s intended to Social Work and correlated areas, to professors, researchers, professionals and to those segments of civil and political society, whose interdisciplinarity is inherent to them. Due to its link with a public university, it concurs with the construction of public spaces aimed to the socialization of scientific knowledge, building-up, since 1997, a rich collection of information, analysis, academic sources, debates and experiences. Its abbreviated title is Rev. Katál., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and notes. |

The introduction must consist of a presentation of the manuscript and a briefly problematization of the theme/object. Just like of a justification for why the theme was chosen, the objectives of the manuscript and methodology, the theoretical framework, the chosen theoretical-methodological perspectives and finally to show how the work is structured and presented. We remind that both in the introduction and conclusion the number of citations must be drastically low, given that these items are essentially spaces for the construction and elaboration of the authors themselves.
