Information and communication technologies in student assistance during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract:

The article discusses the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the work of social workers who take action in Student Assistance at federal educational institutions in the covid-19 pandemic. Based on bibliographical research and professional experience, it was possible to apprehend the contradictions of ICTs for the work of the category, as they allow maintaining some professional actions, but also contribute to the intensification of work, as well as reducing professional-user contact.
