The authors present the results of therapeutic trials carried out with dymanthine hidrochloride, a new drug for the treatment of Hymenolepis nana infection. 82% out of 48 patients whom the drug was given showed parasitological cure. Tolerance was good. No effects were observed on other associated parasites.
