Our country being a changing and culturally diverse territory, it has witnessed memorable changes resulting from large electoral processes at the local and federal level, so an electoral process aims to regularly inform people who possess powers granted by the Constitution on par with other laws and at the same time they are recognized by the company itself. Therefore this work is done in order to provide an overview of the situation that faced Mexico after the last elections; Analyzing the mechanisms that were applied and studying the parameters that were taken out for an exercise that would enjoy fairness, legality and certainty. Certainly, each election is different but these mechanisms are those that teach us and teach us to make the change taking us to modernize our political structure.
