Constitutional characterization of public ethics (special reference to the Spanish constitutional framework)

Abstract

The article aims to examine the characteristics that the Spanish Constitution of 1978 gives to the subject of public ethics, analyzing the constitutional provisions related to the ethical-legal regulation of the Public Administration in Spain.
