The right to an administrative due process in the general administrative procedure act of Peru

Abstract

The author introduces us to the study of the institution of the fundamental right to due process or proceedings under the Law 27444 of the Republic of Peru, approving the so-called “General Administrative Procedure Act”. In this regard, this study includes the analysis of the various facets of that constitutional right, its connection with the theory of administrative procedure and finally discusses the practical application regarding the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Peru.
