Centrality of the citizen in the current Administrative Law: impacts of the Constitutional Rule of Law

Abstract

The Administrative Law of the Constitutional rule of law must be centered in the person of the citizen, both in its individual and social dimension, from which derive their rights and duties. As a result, the administrative legal relationship must build itself based on the servitude of the Public Administration in the pursuit of the common good.
