O autor procurou analisar o sistema de avaliação aplicado aos estudantes do curso de graduação em Enfermagem na disciplina Administração aplicada à Enfermagem da Escola de Enfermagem da Universidade de São Paulo.
O objetivo dessa avaliação é obter um perfil da atuação dos estudantes na prática de campo comparando-o com o padrão de desempenho determinado pela disciplina.
The author to analyse the evaluation system applied to students in the practice of Nursing Administration's in the Nursing Schhol of the University of S. Paulo.
The objective of this evaluation is to obtain the student's profile in the practice by means of a comparaison to the standard performance determined by the program.
