PRACTICE AND METHODOLOGY OF COLABORATION IN ORGANIZATIONS; THE COMMUNALITY IN THE RED DE HUERTOS EDUCATIVOS Y COMUNITARIOS DE XALAPA (MÉXICO)

This article presents the discursive process that specifies the definition of interpretative categories of a research that was carried out using a collaborative methodology within the framework of organizational transmodernity. From this point of view, the universality of productivity and efficiency principles as guidelines that give meaning to the modern organization is debated, while the existence of articulating axes typical of self-managed groups is sustained. To this end, the experience of the Red de Huertos Educativos y Comunitarios de Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, is addressed. This network is organized as an affective community based on communal principles of organizing from the territory with others and for others.
