Public Service Outsourcing: Reflexions from a Metastudy

Abstract

The purpose of this metastudy was to analyze the content of scientific production on the theme of outsourcing public services, based on the Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL®). It was concluded that despite the subject being an object of public and legal interest in the last 25 years, scientific production is still incipient, not very innovative and mostly economist / technicist, which raises reflections for a future research agenda.
