VISÃO CONSTRUTIVA DA PESQUISA EM EDUCAÇÃO MÉDICA

Summary:

Research in teaching-learning processes may be an useful strategy for educational development in medicine. The author defines the meaning of research in medical education on a pedagogical perspective, examines important features of study foci regarding conditions, processes, and outcomes, and outlines four approaches to research activities in current usage. At last, some examples of findings and questions are used postulate the potential benefits of such enterprise to reinforce the mission of the medical school.
