Organizational learning process and firm performance: the case of the electronics industry in Brazil

This paper investigates the relationship between the dimensions of the learning process, the intensity of organizational reaction to market events and the results obtained. A theoretical model has been proposed complying with the hypothetical relationships of organizational elements. It was tested through the application of SEM. The study shows that the learning orientation could significantly increase the simple and double learning cycle in organizations, thus affecting directly and indirectly the answering capacity of a company.
