City and politic space

The city is its architecture and it comprehends the organization and utilization of the territory for social-economic and therefore physical-enviromental and political development. G. C. Argan’s epigraph is impeccable. It sums up the implicit and visible webs and correlations on the topic of the construction of the human environment and its appropriation by individuals and comunities, privately and publicly, to comply with the sacred needs which emanate from daily life, the reproduction and survival of the species and the invention of culture and history. Those relate to the material infra and superstructure of shelter and operational support to the social and productive life, within the actual conditions of the relations of power and production. That is a sine qua non condition for the emergence of social life. The matter-construction’s magics come to life. It is convenient to purge it from the dictators’ demagogic discourse, as well as the so-called democrats, pressed by their mandate’s renewal, in their urge for power, delusive rhetoric, electoral fraud, all of them unavoidable these days.
