Bond and institution as basic themes in the psychoanalytical approach to education and work of psychologists within public institutions

Issues related to the education and work of psychologists within public institutions are discussed in this paper by a methodological frame based on Pichon-Rivière’s Social Psychology and René Kaës’ Transitional Psychoanalysis which focus the dimension of the intersubjective relationships (subject – group – institution), conscious and unconscious, for the approaching of the complexity of the institutional field. The concepts of bond and institution are defined and discussed in order to understand their relationships and determinations in the psychic processes of groups and of institutions, in the establishment of unconscious alliances, in the distribution of power (places and roles), in the rigidities effects, stoppage, crisis and rupture. This discussion gives importance to the research and proposes a methodological frame (institutional analysis of the bond) centered in the group and bond concepts to the psychologist’s education and work in the public institutions (researcher psychologist) as a perspective to overcome stereotypies, to avoid ideological captures and establish pacts, which could interfere in the accomplishment of the institutional work.
