Abstract
This article aims to problematize the subjective processes related to travestilities, crossed by the new settings of the expressions of gender, sexuality and corporeality in contemporary times. In this sense, we have the school locus as a backdrop to enhance linearity, regularities and orders of binary identity constructions these devices before provocation triggered by the presence of students transvestites and disruptions with essentialist logic that has nothing to contribute to the psychologies and productions sciences committed to the guarantees of basic and sexual rights of people in multiple human diversity.
