GENETIC VARIABILITY AMONG Solanum lycocarpum POPULATIONS

ABSTRACT

This work aimed to verify the existence of genetic variability among three Solanum lycocarpum populations from two Brazilian ecosystems: Cerrado and Mata Atlântica. The evaluation of germination and some morphological characters were performed twenty days after seedlings emergency. The analysis of variance revealed the existence of genetic variability among the populations for germination, average length of cotyledons and average leaves number.
