THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM AND THE DISPERSION OF ITS PEDAGOGICAL DISCOURSES

Abstract

This article deals with some pedagogical discourses present in the curriculum of the degree in physical education and its dispersion in teaching action. It aims to characterize a scenario that produces and fixes the teacher to a certain narrative crossed by the ways of being filed by neoliberal political rationality. The data was produced from the narrative interview method, and the article uses the notion of discourse, produced by Michel Foucault, as an analysis tool. This production indicates that the curriculum naturalizes regimes of truth about teaching, which, in turn, mark the teaching subjectivity and favor the intensification of neoliberalism.
