BETWEEN LITERATURE AND EDUCATION: THE INTERTEXTUAL TRAJECTORIES OF THE WRITERS LINDANOR CELINA AND MARIA LÚCIA MEDEIROS

ABSTRACT

This article presents an intertextual dialogical analysis of the trajectories of life, work and thought of teachers and writers Lindanor Celina and Maria Lúcia Medeiros, from Bragança (PA), Brazil. Both debuted in the literature of the Amazon in Pará with fictional prose highlighting the transgressive and insubmissive female characters. Their books are Estradas do tempo-foi (1971) and the novel Menina que vem de Itaiara (1996), by Lindanor Celina, and the collection of tales Zeus ou a menina e os óculos (1988), by Maria Lúcia Medeiros. In methodological terms, this research has a qualitative, documentary approach. Thus, it is understood that there is an intertextual approach in the writers’ trajectories of education, female training, and childhood.
