The authors present a case of glioma (fibrillar astrocytoma) of the hemimedullary-pontine pars, whose clinicai picture was the most polymorphic, due to the topography and magnitude of the tumor. The various clinicai syndromes enhanced to state the topographic diagnosis, which was completely confirmed by the anatomopathological examination.
