Tema de interesse para a clínica, a investigação das psicopatologias somáticas exige reelaborações metapsicológicas que contemplem os lugares do corpo e do afeto. Com a ênfase da psicanálise no recalque, a problemática do afeto teria ficado em segundo plano, causando uma lacuna comprometedora dos rumos dos atos clínicos. Resgatar as elaborações freudianas sobre o afeto, especialmente sua supressão, pode abrir espaço para a escuta da dor dos corpos enfermos. Neste ensaio, investigamos inicialmente a metapsicologia freudiana do afeto para, em seguida, propor elaborações a respeito dos destinos do corpo nas formações psicossomáticas.

Affect and body illness: psychoanalytical considerations. Topic of interest for the clinic, the research of somatic psychopathologies requires metapsychological reelaborations that consider the place of the Body and the Affect. With the emphasis on the repression, the problematic of the Affect would have stayed in the background, causing a compromising gap on the course of the clinical acts. Retrieving Freudian elaborations on the Affect, especially its suppression, can open space for the listening to the pain of sick bodies. In this essay, we have first investigated the Freudian metapsychology of the Affect for, then, propose elaborations about the destinies of the Body in psychosomatic formations

Observa-se, na atualidade, um aumento da obesidade e da busca por tratamento para essa enfermidade. Embora a participação do psicanalista seja importante, as diferenças entre o foco de trabalho do psicanalista e da área médica muitas vezes dificulta a interlocução entre ambos. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo geral examinar, a partir do referencial de Foucault, o processo de interlocução entre os campos da Medicina e da Psicanálise. Com isso, esperamos obter subsídios para a clínica psicanalítica no contexto hospitalar, de modo a facilitar o processo de comunicação na equipe multidisciplinar.

Medicine, Freud and obesity: Multidisciplinar dialogues under the perspective of Foucault. Nowadays, there is an increase of obesity and consequently treatment for this problem. Although the participation of the psychoanalyst is important, differences between the focus of work of the psychoanalyst and of the medical area often hinder the dialogue between them. In this context, this article aims to examine, from Foucault's referential, the process of dialogue between the fields of medicine and psychoanalysis. As a result, we expect to see an improvement in clinical psychoanalysis in hospitals and to facilitate the process of communication in the multidisciplinary team.

Como articular a passagem ao ato delinquente e a passagem ao ato suicida na adolescência? Pretende-se mostrar o quanto e como uma e outra esclarecem a relação com a transgressão no que esta tem de exploração, de verificação, de teste dos limites corporais, familiais e sociais.

Delinquent acting, suicidal acting out in adolescence. How should delinquent acting and suicidal acting out in adolescence be articulated? This text aims at showing how much and how one and the other highlight the relation to transgression in its feature of exploration, verification and testing the body, the family and the social limits.

As transformações corporais na adolescência causam efração na criança, além de suas simples manifestações formais. A novidade puberal se impõe, de fato, como real puberal (real no sentido lacaniano), qualificada de Feminino ou de advento do Outro sexo. Esta perspectiva teórica se inscreve na pura continuidade dos textos de Freud, como é revelado por uma releitura permitida pelas contribuições do estruturalismo e de Lacan. Duas situações clínicas (de fato, dois personagens de filme) ilustram este relato.

Body and pubertal novelty. Body transformations in adolescence break in the child besides their simple formal disclosures. The pubertal novelty imposes itself as the real pubertal (real in the Lacanian sense), qualified as Feminine or coming from the other gender. This theoretical perspective inscribes itself in the pure continuity of the Freudian texts, as it is revealed by a new reading permitted by Lacan's and structuralism contributions. Two clinical situations (in fact two movie characters) will illustrate this report.

O trabalho distingue o estabelecimento do conceito de objeto a por Lacan, a partir dos objetos da pulsão, destacando o advento do objeto a como operação conceitual que enceta a transposição da relação sujeito/objeto, do campo do conhecimento para o campo da ética. Ressituando-se este objeto como estrutural, conclui-se que a afirmação lacaniana de uma causalidade que incide neste plano objetal, como constitutiva da condição desejante do sujeito, demarca um novo estatuto da problemática ética, a qual queda referida doravante não mais à deliberação do sujeito, e sim a um destino de assunção desta causalidade em seu efeito de desejo.

Object a: ethics and structure. The article distinguishes the founding of the concept of object 'petit a' by Lacan, as it derives from the elements of the drive set by Freud, aiming at the conceptual operation that undertakes the transposition of subject/object relations, from the field of knowledge to the dimension of ethics. Displaying these objects as structural ones, the article concludes that the lacanian statement of a causality operating in the object level sets a new status for ethical problems, which are hereafter referred not to the deliberation of the subject but to the assumption of this causality in its effects, towards the desire.

Pretende-se abordar a importância da noção de estrutura no campo psicanalítico, considerando sua pertinência nas formulações freudianas e seus destinos no percurso teórico de Lacan. O termo estrutura encontra-se implícito na obra de Freud no que tange à importância do diagnóstico diferencial. Lacan se propôs a reler Freud a partir do estruturalismo a fim de reconduzir a experiência psicanalítica à fala e à linguagem. Ressaltaremos duas divergências que marcam o afastamento incondicional de Lacan do movimento estruturalista: a concepção do sujeito e o registro do real.

The structure in psychoanalysis: an enunciation since Freud. This article intends to approach the importance of the notion of structure in the psychoanalytic field, considering its relevance in Freudian formulations and its destinations in the theoretical trajectory of Lacan. The term structure is implicit in the work of Freud in terms of the importance of differential diagnosis. Lacan's proposal was to re-read Freud from structuralism to reconduct the psychoanalytic experience to speech and language. We emphasize two disagreements that mark the unconditional withdrawal of Lacan's structuralist movement: the conception of the subject and the register of the real.

Este artigo reflete sobre a importância de pensar a relação transferencial na clínica psicanalítica para além da interpretação. Para isso, utiliza-se a concepção de Winnicott como referencial teórico, sendo ressaltadas a noção de holding, a regressão à dependência e a questão do uso de objetos e sua influência sobre a técnica da interpretação. Winnicott revela que na clínica com alguns pacientes, em especial os autistas e psicóticos, o objetivo da análise, antes de fornecer interpretações, é proporcionar um ambiente suficientemente bom a partir do qual o sujeito pode retomar o processo de constituição de si mesmo e da externalidade do mundo.

The transferencial relation beyond the interpretation: reflections from the theory of Winnicott. This article reflects about the importance of thinking the transferencial relation in the psychoanalytic clinic beyond the interpretation. For this, the Winnicott's concept is used as theoretical reference, highlighting the concept of holding, regression to dependence and the question of the use of objects and its influence on the technique of interpretation. Winnicott shows that in the clinic, with some patients, particularly autistic and psychotic, before providing interpretation, the objective of the analysis is to provide a good environment from which the subject can retake the constitution process of himself/herself and of the externality of the world..

O presente artigo propõe-se a discutir o tema da adoção, partindo de um caso clínico atendido através da Psicoterapia Breve Dinâmica no Centro Integrado de Psicologia - Feevale. Frente ao caso trabalhado, objetiva-se compreender o lugar que a criança adotada é convocada a ocupar no contexto familiar. O estudo aponta para diversas respostas à questão, que dizem respeito à adoção enquanto construção de um imaginário parental e as possíveis implicações no sujeito adotado quando a mesma não é revelada.

The Ugly Duckling and parental imaginary. This article proposes to discuss the issue of adoption based on a clinical case observed in a Brief Dynamic Psychotherapy at Centro Integrado de Psicologia - Feevale. In this case, the authors aimed to understand the place that the adopted child is requested to occupy in the family. The study highlights several possible answers to the question, concerning adoption as a construction of a parental imaginary and the possible implications for the child when the adoption is not revealed.

Este artigo retoma o debate sobre as relações entre a psicanálise e a universidade, enfocando a experiência do estágio clínico nas clínicas-escola dos cursos de graduação em Psicologia. Busca-se trazer para este contexto as contribuições de Lacan quanto ao lugar do saber na psicanálise e na ciência, bem como na distinção entre um discurso universitário e um discurso do analista. No âmbito de tal experiência, serão discutidos, ainda mais especificamente, os efeitos do término do atendimento, que, no caso, está associado à saída do estagiário.

The importance of knowledge on psychoanalysis and the university and its effects on the experience of internship on university practices. This article resumes the debate about the relationship between psychoanalysis and the university, conducting it towards the experience of the clinical internship on the university practices of the psychology graduation courses. It aims to bring to this context, the contributions of Lacan as to the importance of knowledge in psychoanalysis and in science, as well as in the distinction between a university discourse and a psychoanalyst discourse. Within the scope of the clinical internship experience, there will be discussions, more specifically, on the effects of the termination of the treatment that in this case, is associated to the departure of the intern.
