At the present a moral values crisis is identified, leading the citizens to claim for justice, respectability and social commitment. The professionals feel the same way and are working towards the creation of values which will regulate their relations. Such situation is a consequence of the relevance that subjectivity gained nowadays, as well as a consequence of some changes which took place in the political, economic and social environments, leading people to be more self-confident, to the point of denying the necessity of following socially established values. Thus ethics today point towards three directions: one consists of theological tradition, another recognizes the crisis and is aware that it must be reversed, and the last denies the necessity of any moral code. According to the values found in the society also, the professional ethical code follow diverging tendencies. They can be identified either as a mere tautological exercise, committed to consolidating the adopted praxis, or as a false confrontation of the consolidated praxis, or else with a questioning tendency, turned to surpassing egoism, individualism and corporativism.We believe the latter is the tendency to be followed, for it is characterized by the true deontological orientation and not as a subterfuge of dishonest actions and morally inadequate behavior
