The nurse's attandance to the adolescent and adolescent's mother, have the objective of diminish the evolutive and accidental crisis, during this period of evolution, likewise, to amplify the role of the psychiatric nurse with the primary attention to mental health. We use as methodology, the nurse's consultation, starting from the interpersonal relations, the individual level, group, family and the nurse's attendance. Since the implantation in October, 1984, we put into practice attendance in 234 young people through POA and 107 mothers through POMA, in the majority accidental crisis plunging down unbalance of the evolution of both. We conclude that the attendance has gotten it's objetives, giving support for the overcoming of difficulties of young people and their mothers, as well as it demonstrates the effective participation of the nurse in the primary care of health.
