Reciprocity and shelter in the youth and adult schooling: the intentional actions in the knowledge relationship

Presenting results of the doctoring research, the article discusses the special aspects of educational processes of Youth and Adult Schooling searching of the people related with knowledge, the different mediations of organization about pedagogical work and the question of the reciprocity and shelter as intentional actions in the process teach-learning. At the end of the work, the teaching profession is acknowledged as an endless process, for the individual becomes a teacher as he lives and acts thus contributing to the constitution of a peculiar form of youth and adult education, to the production and accumulation of theoretical and methodological knowledge which constitutes a field of research in itself.
