Diagnostic assessment of Youth and Adults Education (EJA) in Brazil

The text presents the results of statistical analysis on secondary data from the National Survey of Household Sampling (PNAD) and whose main focus was on Youth and Adults Education (EJA). By using univariate and bivariate techniques, we obtained significant results, such as South and Southeast have their most significant graduates from the 3rd segment of EJA, Southeast and Northeast have a significant group of graduates from the 2nd segment; Southeast, Northeast and South have the highest proportions of students not graduating in the Course of EJA, Southeast and South have the highest proportions of students graduating from elementary school (1st and 2nd segments) and (3rd segment) that were submitted for certification exams; Northeast and Southeast have the highest proportions of conclusive Elementary School (1st and 2nd segments of EJA) who have not undergone the certification exams.
