The question determinism versus free will was focussed in terms of the knowledge of neurosciences, evolution, genetics and information theory, aiming at the hard task of attempting to contribute to the caracterization of man's responsability towards his acts and, thus, offer elements for the reformation of the Brazilian Penal Code.
