Desenvolvimento de adesivo tecidual fibrínico para uso experimental em perfurações corneanas

RESUMO

Neste trabalho, mostramos o desenvolvimento de adesivo tecidual fibrínico para uso em perfurações corneanas experimentais. Nesse adesivo a concentração de trombina é de l,5mg por ml de solução, o que leva a um tempo médio de solidificação da cola de 5,6 segundos, bastante adequado para esse tipo de perfuração.

SUMMARY

This paper shows the development of a fibrin glue to be used in experimental corneal perforations. We found the concentration of thrombin of l.5mg/ ml of solution to be very adequate because the average time for solidification of the glue was 5.6 seconds, rapidly enough for this kind of perforation.
