É registrado um caso de meningeoma localizado no ventrículo lateral direito, submetido a tratamento cirúrgico com remoção do processo, obtendo bom resultado. Os autores justificam o relato pela infrequência do mesmo, revendo alguns aspectos da literatura.
A case of meningeoma located at the right lateral ventricle is reported. The tumor was succesfully removed by surgery. The authors justified this report by the infrequency of the pathology. Some aspects of the literature are commented.

RESUMO
É registrado um caso de meningeoma localizado no ventrículo lateral direito, submetido a tratamento cirúrgico com remoção do processo, obtendo bom resultado. Os autores justificam o relato pela infrequência do mesmo, revendo alguns aspectos da literatura.
SUMMARY
A case of meningeoma located at the right lateral ventricle is reported. The tumor was succesfully removed by surgery. The authors justified this report by the infrequency of the pathology. Some aspects of the literature are commented.
