Software manual: facilitating the communication between software producing firms and society

Starting from the assumption that software manuals can transmit techno-scientific information and knowledge between software producing firms and society (represented by the software users), this article proposes a model for software manuals. This model is composed of: technical communication principles; textual structure; visual structure and access of information structure.
