The ethics and the esthetics in nursing care relationships

This study presents a theoretical-philosophical reflection on the ethics of care from an aesthetics perspective. Authors that make a relation of the ethics with the truth and the desire for transformation were adopted. Two themes are focused: ethics-aesthetics and ethics in the health care group. The group work is not processed only by its technical and legal abilities; it's necessary that there are spaces for the expression of subjectivity. The ethical attitude implies a sensitivity that deserves to be comprehended in conjunction with technical and scientific knowledge. Ethics surpasses deontology because it involves people's perceptions, attitudes and abilities. Health care practices need to be understood as a vital perspective, where the ethics of living is strengthened.
