Abstract:
This article aims at the formation of the labor market and problematize its accounting for the extensive period of the Brazilian study. The main argument is the existence of the slave trade that feeds the work process in colonial slavery. The approach is based on books and documents that support the long-term analysis for historical understanding of the formation of the workforce in Brazil.
