ABSTRACT

The aim was to analyze the relation between integrality interventions and conditions of service delivery, in addition to the work process of Family Health Teams, in health centers in a district of the city of Belo Horizonte (MG). It is a cross-sectional study with self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive and comparative analyses were carried out through Pearson's chi-square, using p=0.05 value to verify the statistical significance. Both service delivery conditions and the work process showed association with the accomplishment of integrality interventions, and planning proved to be the most important tool for the accomplishment of such activities.
