Febre de origem indeterminada: preceitos, pistas clínicas e exames complementares

Ten guidelines, twenty clinical clues and a list of laboratory tests, emphasizing those most valuable in the initial investigation of patients with fever of undetermined origin (FUO), are presented by the authors.
