Tratamento da amebíase intestinal crônica: estudo comparativo entre diversos amebicidas

The author presents a comparative trial with different amebicides carried out in the institute of Tropical Medicine. Recife, Pernambuco, from 1959 to 1969. The best results were obtained with chlorofenoxamide in the dosage of 250 mg every 6 hours for 15 days
