State transformations and Public Administration in the 21st Century

Abstract

The modern state has undergone remarkable transformations, resulting from the fragmentation of power and a process of denationalization. These changes cause a change in many of the characteristics of Public Administration, revealing a new face of Administration in the 21st century, which are condensed in this article. The text seeks to identify the general features of Public Administration at the beginning of this century and the challenges that this reality brings to Public Law, especially Administrative Law.
