Decisions, influences and representation: capitalization of political interference

Abstract

The paper seeks to discuss how the man is influenced by the surrounding environment and how this influence is decisive in the decisions of everyone. We are interested in the exercise of power (decision-making), but it can not be analyzed without reffering to people who are exercising public positions and establishing the guidelines to be followed by the community. The focus will be on the operation described by authors that emphasize social interaction. It is also subject of the following lines to analyze the determinants of ideas, referring to the process of their formation and to its connotation in a democratic regime. From this we will try to build roads that we can lead us in the search for effective implementation of democratic values ​​in an analysis on the interpretation of law that, in the end, is just another process of public decision (application of a rule to a specific case).
