The present study it has as objective to identify the conflicts found in daily of the work in elapsing of the specialization course the process of change in superior education and the services of health. Descriptive qualitative study, type case study, the scene was a situated Private University Center in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The citizens had been 18 students of the specialization course, who if had spontaneously made use to participate of the study. The collection of data occurred in April of 2009, the data had been analyzed and described in five thematic units that describe the focus of conflicts in the world of the work: The integration Education Work and Citizenship; The work in team; The permanent education; The social responsibility; The establishment of the care line. The intersection between the harvest and academic health produces tensions and conflicts, that most of the time are latent, but not manifest.
