Abstract
This article presents a discussion about the realities of migrants’ entries in the Brazilian territory through Amazon´s borders. To do this, the text use three examples: the regular migrant, the migrant that are waiting for the regularization and the irregular migrant, to substantiate the analysis of the Brazilian migration international law and how its impacts in the country and, mainly, in Amazon.
