Didactic transposition in school Physical Education: reflection in pedagogic practice of teachers in initial education during supervised internship

The objective of this work was to point out and recognize reflection as an element that maintains the pedagogical practice of teachers in initial education (PFI) during supervised internship. Three PFI taking the Physical Education Course at Federal University of Paraíba Participated in this investigation. The techniques of data collection were participant observation, focus group and written documents. The study lasted three months and was held in a public school in the city of João Pessoa - PB in the first half of 2011. In this period, information about 24 classes was collected. For data analysis we used the technique of theme/category-based content analysis. The reflection takes place in three areas. They focus on school culture, learning / content and the teaching act. The reflexive element not only directly affects the teaching practice, but also highlights that the didactic transposition is present in the reflections of PFI.
