We present a proposal of guidance for the diabetic person and the family, based on an humanitarina and comprehensive approach of the person, who is his life journey experiences to live together a chronic and incurable disease, that subjects the diabetic to various debilitating and progressive complications as well as to frequent misfortunes. This guidance model varies in four levels of complexity: training of basic habilities, basic course, meeting of accompaniment and stimulus and advanced course.
