This text aims at proposing a reflection on two new work-related terms: decent work, used in speeches and government projects, and worklover, found in the academic space and its forms of divulgation. Aiming at an early motivation and problematization of the topic in connection with the nursing work day-to-day context, the text is supported by the allegorical symbolization captured in images and characters of fiction cinema, which encourage the relationship between love and work experiences as a self-reflection process.
