The data dresented in the paper were obtained through the aplication of questionaries to a sample of 60 mothers with in a population group of teachers and teacher-aids of rural primary school in the brazilian municipality of Aquiraz in the northeastearn stat of Ceará.
To connect the plants used in the popular health care practices, with scientific investigation, in order to find indication/propriety therapeutics in the plants mentioned.
To propose the presente work that it contributes to increase the nurse practices in the orientation and diffusion of the popular health care practices when it proves to be seientificaly vahd.
