This study focuses leadership as a fundamental resource for the nurses exerting administrative functions. Its aim was to verify and analyse by the light of the Grid Theories, the style of leadership the assistant personnel idealized for nurses. The data collection has been conducted using the Grid Instrument & Leadership in Nursing: ideal behavior.
