This work has object to show a reflection about leadership based on concret situation lived by a group of nurses of Anna Nery Nursing Sckool in Rio de Janeiro Federal University Masters and Doctor Program. The discution emerged on a seminar about theme proposal and they punctuated other interrogations that articulate the leadership and the power with the process of the nurse's professional formation, with the work world, thinking, because all nurses have leadership papers in their professional practices.
