THE CONCEPT OF RESPONSABILITY IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF PRAXIS BY ADOLFO SÁNCHEZ VÁZQUEZ: A APPROACH TO ORGANIZATION STUDIES AND ADMINISTRATION

The objective of this work is to contribute to the discussion on responsibility, I want to pose the perspective of the Spanish-Mexican philosopher Adolfo Sánchez Vázquez, since, on the one hand, it is striking that the existence of corporate social responsibility is considered as something that existed de facto, as if it were a relationship from which one starts. In fact, the social, ecological and economic problems from which the need for corporate social responsibility researchers have not been resolved and many times not even theorists can raise it in their reflections. On the other hand, there are those who dare to propose a Latin American agenda from the business world and ignore the reality of the peoples of the global south. To overcome these two shortcomings, here the central aspects that any reflection on responsibility should consider is hermeneutically reconstructed: the contradictions produced by capitalism, the possible ways to overcome these contradictions and the mechanisms that cannot be set aside in such overcoming. The scope of responsibility is also discussed, it is not a vertical relationship from top to bottom, but downwards, horizontally and from there with theoretical support and the need for action so that from below it goes upwards, through praxis.
