INHUMANITY, ORGANIZATION AND SUBJECTIVATION IN THE WORK OF FERNANDO CRUZ KRONFLY

This article seeks to outline the findings that account for the thought of Fernando Cruz Kronfly and his criticism of contemporary organizational and administrative theory. The objective of the study focuses on analyzing the concepts of Inhumanity, Organizations and Subjectivity in the context of administrative thought, on which our author has turned his reflexive criticism. To fulfill this purpose, an in-depth interview was analyzed that leads to the reading of his work, and the analytical reviews made to more than fifteen documents oriented to the proposed thematic axis. Fernando Cruz Kronfly's thought criticizes the organizational and administrative reality that strengthens and strengthens the discourses of maximalist performance of a capitalism that violates humanity at work. With the study it is possible to show the different problematizations and some of the main contributions to the Latin American organizational theory, especially, the one that has been able to see the fragilities of the conceptualizations that support the facade administrative humanisms.
